QSE-FMEA\APQP Global Solution:
The QSE FMEA / APQP (manual & application) is the Solution
to the growing demands of the customer. It incorporates
all the requirements for QS-9000, ISO/TS-16949, APQP & PPAP
quality documents in five simple phases, is easy to use, has exceptional
speed, and generates all documents from one input. It is used
to rank, prioritize, and report risk, thus directing any company
toward changes that will improve the quality of their products
and/or service. This solution will save many hours of work by
automating most of the mundane tasks associated with the FMEA
and APQP processes. The output RPR (Risk Priority Reports) will
give companies the information needed to demonstrate to management
and most importantly your customers where improvement is needed
- before production - saving 100 times the cost. The QSE-FMEA/APQP Global Application is programmed in the English language and has the ability to change all Titles and Headers to English, Spanish, or French. For companies wanting to create Multi-Language print-outs of Process Flows, Process FMEA's and Control Plans. A valuable feature for plant floor printouts when employees are not familiar with the English language, one click changes all Headers and Titles to one of the 4 different languages.

QSE-PPAP
Package Application: The QSE PPAP Package Application
follows the industry-standard document requirements for all PPAP
Forms. The QSE PPAP Package has been developed so customers as well
as suppliers can track PPAP documents. User just clicks on title
of entry item on forms to read definition of what is required in
the forms (fields). The application has been developed for product
teams to record all specified requirements of the customer. This
application gives users an easy retrieval system; each set of forms
is a record and a unique number is given to each PPAP. The PPAP
Tracking provides easy to use one entry for all customer information;
company name, part name, number, address, contact information and
includes automatic message email function and much more. The drawing
attachments include a part picture field and text boxes for details
of part being submitted. Customer/Supplier information automatically
flows to every document, saving users multiple entry of same customer/supplier
information. All forms are AIAG compliant and include DaimlerChrysler,
Ford, GM standard forms as well as a generic duplicate for all other
customers/suppliers. The application is divided into Six Sections:
PPAP Tracking, PSW, AAR, IRW, FEA, SREA.
